Get Movin'!

I don't have a concrete exercise plan because my schedule is always changing, but I do exercise regularly! My average week probably consists of 2 days of cardio (one of which is always 1 hour of spin), 3 days of circuits/acrobatics classes, and stretching/yoga for 20 minutes twice a day every day! But this is just an average, it's never exactly the same. Some of my favorite exercises include:
~ HIIT (high intensity interval training)
~ Videos like BeachBody Insanity, Jillian Micheals, and YouTubers:)
~ Spin
~ Running
~ Acrobatics classes
~ Circuit Training
